Create Your Schedule Once you create an account, register for the sessions you’d like to attend and create your own personal schedule. Use the panel on the right-hand side to see recommended sessions by functional area. Hover or click on a session to read a description. Additional details (Zoom meeting ID, room location, speakers) will be added in the coming weeks.
To add a session to your personal schedule , click on the left-hand circle and a checkmark will appear. After creating your personal schedule, you will receive an email confirmation with your upcoming schedule. Need to change your schedule? Log in to Sched and make adjustments as many times as you’d like -- you’ll receive an email confirmation each time with an updated schedule.
Location The Adoption Sessions will take place at UW Medicine at South Lake Union (SLU) Campus. Room details and Zoom meeting IDs to follow in the coming weeks

This is the Order Reconciliation general session. Here we will cover the Medication Reconciliation process for an inpatient admission from the ED. This session will cover admission, transfer and discharge Medication Reconciliation. This session will not cover the process for admitting patients to the ED.
